 Description

Burmese ruby and diamond ring. Centrally set with one drop shape old cut natural unenhanced Burmese ruby in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 1.01 carats, flanked by eight round single cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a total approximate weight of 0.10 carats, to a finely pierced and shaped collet with curving claws and geometric backholing, the raised open shoulders lead down to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, English, circa 1930, accompanied by The Gem & Pearl Laboratory report #13002.
