 Description

Victorian diamond cluster ring. Set with ten cushion shape old mine cut diamonds in open back cut-down settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.50 carats, flanked by four round mixed cut diamonds in open back cut-down settings with a combined weight of 0.20 carats, further embellished with four round rose cut diamonds in closed back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.04 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.74 carats, to a horizontal double row cluster ring featuring scalloped edging, a polished gallery and intricately pierced backholing, leading to split trumpeting shoulders and flowing through to a solid ribbed shank. Tested yellow gold and silver, engraved to the intertior ' K.B. & E.A.C.', English, circa 1880.
