 Description

Victorian diamond three stone ring. Centrally set with a cushion shape old mine diamond, with a weight of 1.32 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked to either side with two cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 1.60 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.92 carats, to a graduating carved half hoop design featuring polished borders, an ornate openwork gallery with scrolling motifs and fancy open backholing, the broad integrated shoulders with carved detail flow through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold, circa 1890.
