 Description

Edwardian diamond coronet cluster. Set to centre with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back grain setting with an approximate weight of 0.15 carats, encircled by six cushion shape old mine diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.90 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.05 carats, to an elegant cluster design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to inwardly tapering shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested yellow gold and platinum, indistinct marking to interior, circa 1905.
