The process

• Should you wish to explore this option please email our team at info@berganza.com with the piece you have seen and wish to view, along with the details of your current piece you wish to upgrade.
• Hereafter, we can make an appointment for you to visit the showroom to view the piece that has caught your eye, and for one of our specialists to assess the condition of your current item.
• Should our buyers wish to proceed with acquiring your piece, you would receive the full amount you paid for your original purchase towards the new one!

Please do note that this is subject to our buyer’s discretion and provided your current piece is in good condition and that the item you are upgrading is at least double in value of the original purchase.
