We currently have an exciting opportunity for a jewellery specialist to join our sales team in the role of Antique and Vintage Jewellery Sales Consultant!
About Berganza
Berganza is an industry leading dealer and retailer, specialising in ancient, antique and vintage jewels, with a focus on engagement rings.
With a collection of over 2500 unique pieces, you will be working with some of the world’s finest gems, alongside pieces of historical importance, signed designs, and much more!
Based in the heart of London’s Hatton Garden, our showroom welcomes clients from all over the world, in search of something unique to celebrate all of life’s milestones.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, with a proven track record in sales, and have an enthusiasm for history, and antiques.
What could your day look like?
Each day starts by dressing our windows before answering emails, and dealing with any customer enquiries.
As a customer facing role, you will be selling to clients, as well as seeing repair and collection appointments.
In between seeing people, newly acquired stock requires cataloguing, and you may be doing research into your latest blog, or updating the jewellery displays.
After the shop closes, the windows come and out and it’s time to go home!

A full time position, the successful candidate will work Monday-Saturday with a day off in the week.

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram. This role is perfect for a driven individual with an eye for luxury aesthetics and a knack for creating captivating, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.

Content Creation: Craft visually engaging posts and video content, showcasing our collection through compelling storytelling. Confidently appear on camera to present live content, product features, and behind-the-scenes moments, bringing a personal touch to our digital presence.
Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day posting, engagement, and optimisation across TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram, tailoring content to maximise engagement and growth on each platform.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with followers by responding to comments and messages, maintaining Berganza’s commitment to personal and memorable customer interactions.
Analytics & Performance: Use data insights to track engagement, analyse performance, and refine content strategies to meet growth objectives.
