Can I request a quicker delivery time?   
We do offer same day delivery within London for a charge of £100. Should you wish for a faster shipping time outside of London, please enquire with our shipping team at shipping@berganza.com.
Can I choose which day to receive my piece?  
Yes, you can choose which day to receive your ring on checkout by selecting Nominated day delivery.
Do you deliver on a Sunday?  
At the moment we do not offer a Sunday delivery.
I live abroad, do I need to pay for customs duties?  
No, Berganza will cover the cost of fully insured shipping, including any import taxes and duties which may apply.
If I would like to return my piece, do I have to pay for return shipping?  
No, please inform our shipping team that you would like to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, and they will send you a return shipping label.
Do I need to bring any ID if I would like to collect my piece from your showroom?  
Yes, if you choose ‘click and collect’, please do bring a form of photo ID upon collection so we can verify your identity.

We offer a 14-day full money-back guarantee on all unseen online purchases. Please note, items which are altered or resized are not eligible for a refund. You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving our piece should it not be quite right. Items must be returned in their original condition with security tags intact. Exchanges   
If you have been presented with a piece, either an engagement ring, or a gift, which is not quite to your taste, please do let us know as soon as possible. It is important to us that you enjoy your special piece, and therefore we offer exchanges on newly gifted items for a piece of a similar value. Please do note that if the piece has already been altered for you in any way, we would not be able to accept it for an exchange.
Upgrades  
Tastes and circumstances can change over the years, so if you were hoping to upgrade a previous Berganza purchase, you would be welcome to do so. This is provided your current piece is in good condition, and you are upgrading to one that is at least double in value. You would receive the full amount you paid for your original purchase towards the new one.
Part Exchanges  
If you have a piece of antique jewellery you are looking to part with, we would be able to offer you a part-exchange should your piece be suitable for our collection.
