Antique diamond drop earrings. A matching pair, each set with a round old cut diamond, one with an approximate weight of 1.00 carats, K colour, VS2 clarity, the other 1.07 carats, J colour, VS2 clarity, in open back claw settings, each suspended from a round rose cut diamond, two in total, in an open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.13 carats, to an elegant drop design featuring curving claws, an intricately pierced gallery and circular open backholing, fitted to reverse with a secure hook and hinged fitting, approximately 1.3cm in length. Marked yellow gold and platinum, French import marks, circa 1900, accompanied by Gemmological Institute of America (GIA) report #2407204248 and #2406106901.
