 Description

Art Deco diamond ring. Set to centre with a rectangular step cut diamond, G colour, VS2 clarity, with a weight of 1.06 carats in an open back claw setting, bordered by two rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.15 carats, flanked by six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.06 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.27 carats, to a graduating geometric design featuring polished edges, a decorative openwork gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to slightly raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, English, circa 1930, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #1172350800.
