 Description

Art Deco natural pearl and diamond ring. Set with a round natural saltwater pearl in an open back rubover setting, approximately 5.8 x 5.8 x 4.2mm, further set with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back claw setting with an approximate weight of 0.80 carats, decoratively enhanced with eight round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined weight of 0.10 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.90 carats, to a geometric two stone design featuring fine millegrain detailing to the borders, a pierced structural gallery and fancy shape open backholing, leading to raised shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum, French control mark, circa 1930, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5783-1169.
