 Description

Art Deco old mine diamond solitaire ring. Centrally set with a cushion shape old mine diamond, G colour, VS1 clarity, with an approximate weight of 3.01 carats in an open back claw setting, flanked by two tapered baguette cut diamonds in open back claw settings with a combined weight of 0.70 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 3.71 carats, to an elegant flanked solitaire design feauring a square collet with fine millegrain edging, a structural openwork gallery and geometric open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders which flow through to a solid tapering D-shape shank. Tested platinum, English, circa 1930, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) report #2165756336.
