 Comments

Known for their attractive pink colour, the conch pearl is one of the rarest types of pearls, with only one out of every ten thousand Queen conch mollusc’s containing a pearl, of which only twenty percent are gem quality.

Found exclusively in the tropical waters of the Caribbean, these pearls a true collectors gem. Today, as a result of rising sea temperatures and overfishing and the impact this has on marine ecosystems, what was once regarded as a rare gem is rapidly becoming an extremely rare gem.

This necklace features an extraordinary natural conch pearl with a soft pink hue, and a smooth shiny porcelain lustre. This pearl features the exquisite silky looking flame structure, characteristic of the finest conch pearls.
