 Description

Edwardian diamond cluster ring. Set to center with one round old cut diamond in an open back grain setting, with an approximate weight of 0.10 carats, surrounded by a cluster of twenty four round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings, with a combined weight of 0.35 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.45 carats, to an elegant cluster design featuring scallop edges, a pierced gallery and circular open backholing, flanked with slightly trumpeting shoulders that flow through to a solid D-shaped shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, tested platinum setting, circa 1910.
