 Description

Edwardian diamond cluster earrings. A matching pair, each set to centre with a cushion shape old cut diamond in an open back claw setting, two in total with a combined weight of 1.00 carats, encircled by eight round rose cut diamonds in open back claw settings, sixteen in total with a combined weight of 1.28 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.28 carats, to an elegant coronet cluster with curving claws, intricately pierced open gallery and circular backholing, fitted with butterfly fittings, approximately 1.7 cm in length. Tested yellow and platinum, circa 1905.
