 Description

Edwardian diamond pendant. Set horizontally to centre with three round old cut diamonds in open and closed back rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.65 carats, set below with a round old cut diamond in an open back grain and rubover setting with a weight of 0.16 carats, suspended with a cushion shape old mine diamond in an open back rubover setting with a weight of 0.35 carats, adorned further with fifty three round mixed old cut diamonds in open and closed back grain and rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.85 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.01 carats, to an elegant articulated pendant, flowing with movement, featuring bow motifs, millegrain edging, polished galleries and open and closed backholing, fitted with a fine trace chain with a secure push clasp with safety catch and safety chain, pendant approximately 4cm in length and chain approximately 17" in length. Tested platinum and yellow gold, English, circa 1910.
