 Description

Emerald-cut diamond cross over ring. Set with one emerald-cut diamond in an open back claw setting, H colour, SI1 clarity with a weight of 1.12 carats, further set with one emerald-cut diamond in an open back claw setting, I colour, VS1 clarity with a weight of 1.11 carats, flanked by ten rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.63 carats, to a striking crossover design featuring polished borders, a finely pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, leading to smooth shoulders and flowing through to a solid D-shape shank. Marked platinum and iridium, American, circa 1950, accompanied by Gemological Institute of America (GIA) reports #5234357715 & #2231357455.
