 Description

Art Deco five stone emerald and diamond cluster ring. Horizontally set with five octagonal emerald-cut natural emeralds with no colour enhancement in open back rubover settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.50 carats, surrounded by forty four round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 1.00 carats, to an elegant scalloped cluster design featuring millegrain edging, an intricately pierced gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders with grooved detailing leading down to a solid D-shape shank. Tested platinum, circa 1935.

The octagonal emerald cut emeralds are most likely to be Colombian.
