 Description

Mauboussin ruby and diamond cocktail ring. Set to centre with four round old cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 carats, flanked by twelve square calibré cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back grain and rubover settings with a combined approximate weight of 2.00 carats, to an impressive cocktail ring design featuring grain details, polished borders and open square backholing, flowing through to angled shoulders and leading to a solid shank. Marked yellow gold, numbered '0543', French, circa 1940, accompanied by official signed certificate of authenticity from Mauboussin Paris.
