 Description

Colombian emerald and diamond cluster ring by Oscar Heyman Brothers. Horizontally set with an oval old cut natural Colombian emerald in an open back rubover setting with an approximate weight of 1.60 carats, encircled by a cluster of sixty two round brilliant cut diamonds in open back grain settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.70 carats, to an elegant elongated bombé cluster with intricate pierced honeycomb backholing, conforming to the finger and tapering at the shoulders to a solid D-shape shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, maker's mark for Oscar Heyman Brothers, numbered '36512', American, circa 1970s, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #5774-375.
