 Description

Oscar Heyman Brothers ruby and diamond ring. Horizontally set with five square step cut diamonds in open back rubover channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 0.80 carats, further set with ten square step cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back rubover channel settings with a combined approximate total weight of 2.00 carats, to a bold sculptural geometric design featuring polished edges, a stepped gallery and fancy open backholing, flanked by trumpeting shoulders flowing through to a tapered flat shank. Marked yellow gold, maker's mark for Oscar Heyman Brothers, numbered '19075', American, circa 1940.
