 Description

Oscar Heyman Brothers ruby and diamond ring. Set with twenty four square baguette cut diamonds in open back channel settings with rubover border and an approximate combined weight of 1.38 carats to two horizontal rows, alternated by thirty two square baguette cut natural unenhanced rubies in open back channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 2.09 carats to three horizontal rows, all in rubover settings to a retro stepped five row ring building up to a central point, conforming to the finger with intricate pierced square backholing, flowing down to a solid ridged tapered shank. Marked 18 carat yellow gold, maker's mark for Oscar Heyman Brothers, numbered '34426', American, circa 1940.
