 Description

Art Deco ruby and diamond cocktail ring, circa 1935. The rectangle baguette cut rubies are channel set with rubover settings, to two horizontal rows of four and one vertical row of three, with an approximate weight of 1.10 carats, framing a row of three channel set baguette cut diamonds, with an approximate weight of 0.30 carats. To the centre are fifteen round old cut diamonds with an approximate weight of 0.45 carats, grain set and to a rectangular form. The approximate total diamond weight is 0.75 carats. All set to a heavy asymmetric bezel of pierced geometric design, with a sold platinum shank, circa 1935.
