Ensuring a ring sits perfectly is imperative - neither too tight to leave a mark nor too loose to risk slipping off. The ideal ring should fit snugly at the base of the finger, whilst requiring a slight amount of force to pass the knuckle...
Our finger sizes differ between the left and right hand, and can fluctuate depending on various factors, including body temperature, and even the time of day, or year. If you find yourself torn between sizes, we recommend leaning towards the larger one if your hands are warm.
If you are purchasing a ring to present to someone, and are unsure as to the recipient's finger size, do not worry. We offer two complimentary resizings, and always recommend presenting the ring as it is in the first instance.
The vast majority of our rings can be easily sized both up and down.
For our international clientele, please see our useful table below for help with converting your local ring size into a UK size.

Upon purchasing a ring from Berganza, our team will professionally size your finger. Afterwards, the ring is entrusted to our skilled craftsmen, who complete all the sizing in our specialist antique workshop, where all the work is done using traditional techniques, in keeping with the antique or vintage nature of your ring. This will ensure its durability and longevity.
If, after a first resizing the fit is not quite perfect, that is ok, the size can be adjusted again as necessary.
