 Description

Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring. Set with sixteen calibre cut natural unenhanced sapphires, graduating in size, in open back channel settings with an approximate combined weight of 4.50 carats, further set with sixty-six round eight cut diamonds in open back grain settings with a combined approximate weight of 0.65 carats, adorned further with eight rectangular baguette cut diamonds in open back rubover settings with a combined weight of 0.65 carats. The total approximate diamond weight is 1.30 carats, to an impressive geometric cluster design with polished edges and intricately pierced fancy open backholing. Tested platinum, circa 1935, accompanied by Gemmological Certification Services report #81316-24.
