It's A Boy: The Royal Family Welcomes Its Newest Member

Baby boy born

Tuesday 7th May 2019

At 5.26am on May 6th, his Royal Highness the Duke of Sussex and her Royal Highness the Duchess of Sussex welcomed a baby boy weighing 7lbs 3oz. The newest addition to the family will be seventh in line to the throne and the first to begin a new segment of the royal family tree.

Prince Harry announced the birth of his first child and stated that both child and mother were in good health and both Meghan and Harry are overjoyed. Royal enthusiasts are waiting to welcome the child as he is due to be revealed to the public imminently. Speculation is circling as to what the newest addition of the royal family will be called. The top favourites include Alexander, Arthur and Albert.

We are sure Prince Harry will follow in his brother’s tradition by marking the occasion with a gift to the Duchess of Sussex. Prince William gave the Duchess of Cambridge a diamond eternity ring after the birth of Prince George. As the hardest gemstone known to man this is a gift that can stand the test of time and be passed down from generation to generation.
